Basil leaves (chopped)
Beef tomatoes (sliced)
Arrange alternating slices of cheese and slices of tomatoes in a dish.
Spritz a few drops of vinegar over the tomatoes and cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the mozzarella and veggies.
Sprinkle a bit of basil and pepper.
